Developed in 1971 by T. Theodore Fujita of the University of Chicago and again by Mark Francey April 23rd of 2008 at St Al's.

F1 73-112 Moderate damage. Peels surface off roofs; mobile homes pushed off foundations or overturned; moving autos blown off roads. Pee Diaper accompanied by wet fart.
F2 113-157 Considerable damage. Roofs torn off frame houses; mobile homes demolished; boxcars overturned; large trees snapped or uprooted; light-object missiles generated; cars lifted off ground. Standard pooh diaper. Casual number 2.
F3 158-206 Severe damage. Roofs and some walls torn off well-constructed houses; trains overturned; most trees in forest uprooted; heavy cars lifted off the ground and thrown. Strengthened Super sized F3. Mild seapege out of diaper- Intensified odor, Discolored fragments.
F4 207-260 Devastating damage. Well-constructed houses leveled; structures with weak foundations blown away some distance; cars thrown and large missiles generated. Requires all square footage of diaper to contain. f4 have shear power and weight to take a diaper clean of a babies butt. Foul odor, Diaper leakin, party stopen power.
F5 261-318 Incredible damage. Strong frame houses leveled off foundations and swept away; automobile-sized missiles fly through the air in excess of 100 meters (109 yds); trees debarked; incredible phenomena will occur. Thankfully f5's are a rarity. F5 formerly known as 'the perfect storm' is baby nature at its worst. f5's strike with clothes crippling power- Unlike the f4 the f5 actually destroys not only the diaper- but also the clothes, blankets, nursing pillow(Krist Wilde pillow on vacation) as well as person, persons clothes who is holding baby. One can only pray that th f5 occures under the security and shelter of ones own home.
